After selecting your appointment, submit the required $10 reservation deposit within three hours. The deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and is not applied to the final service cost.

Please review these terms before booking. Scheduling an appointment and submitting the deposit acknowledges acceptance of the applicable reservation and late-arrival policies.
Reservation deposit
A $10 deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit is collected solely to reserve your appointment time. It is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not credited, applied, or deducted from the final service cost.
Three-hour reservation window
If the required deposit is not submitted within three hours of booking, the appointment will be automatically canceled without further notice. The requested date and time may then be offered to another client.
Late arrival
Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period. If you anticipate being late, please communicate as soon as possible. Failure to communicate your delay, or arrival 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment and submitting the required deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
